It’s your chance to be part of something exciting! BMF is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for Enterprise and Pre-sale phases for the BMF franchise, with a background in gym openings or new site launches to help get our Enterprise Franchisees into business successfully. An Enterprise Franchisee is one who is entirely new to the BMF Network and is engaged in a process to get into business with BMF. On signing their Franchise Agreement Enterprise Franchisees enter a 90-day Enterprise process with BMF during which time they are supported to establish their business and must complete 132 Enterprise tasks. Your role is to coordinate and oversee this process and proactively lead the Enterprise Franchisee into business. Though you will be expected to lead the process, you will not be doing the work for the Enterprise Franchisee, and your role is to coach and advise Enterprise Franchisees on best practices. You will be involved across all Enterprise tasks though most of your time will be spent advising on Site Selection and Pre-sales. Your success will be measured on the degree to which Enterprise Franchisees meet their target opening membership numbers as per their business plan. At any one point, you can expect to be managing at least half a dozen Enterprise Franchisees and a dozen or more new site openings. Experience Would suit someone who has been worked in the fitness or franchise business Experience working in the fitness industry Experience in working on presales programmes Experience in working with many different stakeholders Experience in marketing, event management and social media Being SUPER organised and knowing the facts and figures of the franchise enterprise process Ability to hit the ground running and make an impact!
