About The Opportunity
About RUMI Medtech limited: We are an award winning, medtech startup working with the NHS. Our product (Remcare) is a web based platform that helps healthcare professionals to collect clinical data from patients and monitor them remotely. This allows redesign of patient pathways to include fewer appointments, promote patient self- management, decrease costs while improving productivity in the NHS. About the placement: We are looking for a candidate who can provide technical support for our product (Remcare) to our customers. The role will be remote and for an initial 4 month period with a view to becoming permanent. The Product Support Specialist Duties: • Managing day-to-day support requests from customers via phone and email • Linking with product developers for additional support with more complicated issues • Helping to write online help articles • Help with product evaluation The successful product support specialist will have: • Good communication skills and a fantastic telephone manner • Ability to work independently • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
