About The Opportunity
This IT Infrastructure Skills Bootcamp course will equip learners with a detailed understanding of the role of an IT Infrastructure Technician, including working with desktop and mobile devices, networking, architecture, cloud services, operating systems, coding and logic, and business processes.
This course will cover the following:
- Networking (Including Mobile and Operating Systems and Architecture)
Within this unit, learners will explore various aspects of the network including different cables, maintenance processes and the importance of disaster recovery. - Cloud Technologies
Within this unit, learners will explore cloud concepts and how to use these in many ways, including collaboration and sharing data. They will also look at aspects to do with privacy and the way clouds are built. - Coding and Logic
Within this unit, learners will explore the different languages and coding processes needed within IT Infrastructure. They will also look at life cycle management and how to understand algorithms and data structures to develop web pages. - Business Processes
Within this unit, learners will explore various aspects of business processes including the life cycle, security requirements and service management skills.
