About The Opportunity
We are looking for an intern to help us with product education, marketing and customer support work relating to our virtual studio solution for fashion, EcoShot.
The intern will use their 3D garment design (using VStitcher software) and fashion communication skills to create digital garments as well as update our existing library. The 3D garments will be used in the creation of social media posts, product education videos and events such as webinars.
In addition to garment and content design, the intern will work with our product teams to support in a number of areas relating to customer onboarding and support.
This is a great opportunity to work and learn within an innovative technology company and gain experience of interacting with apparel designers, manufacturer, brands and media.
This opportunity is open for 12 - 16 weeks (July - October) depending on the availability of the successful candidate. Please include your CV and links to your portfolio.
The role covers
- Creating and updating 3D (VStitcher) garments for a selection of models
- Creating how-to product videos
- Creating social media content
- Helping with website and customer onboarding improvements
- Researching marketing channel opportunities for company and product profiling e.g. podcasts, virtual events, communities and publications where we could be featured or participate.
- Helping the Product team to handle inbound customer enquiries
- Supporting the delivery of images for client projects.
